The Z mica insulated band heater from Ihne & Tesch is a conventional, proven heater for standard applications on barrels, nozzles and tools where a simple and economical solution is sufficient.
Z mica insulated band heaters are suitable for virtually all common injection moulding machines and extrusion lines and can be integrated into many existing installations as a standard solution.
Z mica insulated band heaters can operate at temperatures up to 500 °C and therefore cover many common plastics-processing applications.
Z band heaters are made to measure. Options include different dimensions, voltages, holes, cut-outs, thermocouple bridges, segmented designs and UL-recognised versions.
The typical delivery time for a custom Z version is approximately two to three weeks. Production is carried out directly by Ihne & Tesch.
