(W × D × H) This circulation/fresh-air oven with loading trolley is used for drying and fixing flocked textiles and rack trolleys with 25 racks, 600 × 900 mm occupancy area.

Design
  • electronic temperature control with electronic over-temperature protection
  • Master slave temperature control with two temperature sensors for fast heating time and precise temperature control in the working setpoint range
  • Working cycle control:
  • Time relay activation after reaching the working temperature
  • After the preselected drying time has elapsed, an acoustic message will appear
  • When the door is opened, the time relay is reset and the acoustic signal is switched off
  • Switchable fresh air automatic, time and temperature controlled
  • Loading trolley with folding shelves
  • Oven chamber made of galvanized sheet steel

2 chambers each (W × D × H) This circulation/fresh-air oven with loading trolley is used to heat 0.33 l disposable beverage cans made of aluminum. The tightness of the beverage cans is tested under the influence of temperature. The cans are filled with non-flammable, non-explosive liquids.

Design
  • Dryer consisting of two separately controllable chambers, arranged next to each other
  • Four-channel temperature control with four electronic overtemperature protection controllers
  • Six-channel graphic recorders for interior temperature and product temperature (hand sensor) document the drying process
  • Loading trolley made of steel profile tube RAL 7040 window gray structure painted for 24 trays. Each tray holds 21 aluminum cans. With eight pairs of stainless steel support brackets for three trays per level. With two fixed and two swivel castors Ø 125 mm.
  • Power switching: solid state relay
  • Blind plates on the interior side wall to subsequently optimize the temperature tolerance
  • 60mm insulation reduces heat loss
