Applications

Continuous ovens from Ihne & Tesch are the universal solution for the heat treatment of parts and film webs. Continuous heating, thermal treatment or cycle-controlled dwell times are precisely tailored to the manufacturing process.

  • Preheating components before further processing
  • Annealing to reduce stress

  • Film processing with deflection rollers for extended residence time

When heating the film, the throughput time and thus the residence time of the film in the oven can be specifically extended using several deflection rollers. This version is particularly advantageous when space is limited.

Process integration

Continuous ovens are precisely tailored to the respective manufacturing process. The integration into the customer's control takes place via coordinated actuators and sensors in close consultation with the customer.

Energy savings are taken into account in the system design, for example via adjustable covers in the inlet and outlet areas.

This conveyor oven is used to heat furniture hinge damper assemblies. Between pre-assembly and filling, the assemblies are heated to 90 °C in order to safely support the subsequent process step.

This continuous oven is used as a preheating unit in a thermoforming machine, for example for PP film. The receiving frame in the interior with drive and deflection rollers increases the residence time of the film in the oven and supports reliable preheating.
