Applications

Drawer ovens with Teflon-coated supports and ball-bearing full extensions for unhindered removal. Baffle plates prevent heat loss when drawers are pulled out. Drying times can be set per level via time relays.

(W × D × H) This oven with linearly guided supports is used to heat thermoplastic sheets (dimensions 2,900 × 2,000 mm) for the subsequent forming process.

Design
  • Electronic temperature control with three control points
  • Overtemperature protection device consisting of three electrical overtemperature protection controllers
  • Eight loading levels, Teflon coated to hold the plastic panels. The supports are equipped with ball-bearing full extensions (2,000 mm) on the sides
  • Drying time for each level can be set using a time relay, with a visual message when the drying time has elapsed
  • After removing the heated plastic plate, the limit switch resets the relevant time relay
  • Oven chamber made of aluminized sheet steel
  • At the front there is a double oven door with forced-opening aluminum flaps
  • Power switching: solid state relay
