Ihne & Tesch ERC/ERCH screw-in tubular heaters are used to heat liquids and gases. Variable immersion lengths, multiple heating circuits and different protection ratings enable use in virtually any application.
Technical data and operating instructions
ERC is the standard screw-in heater. ERCH offers additional options. ERC AL/AK is the aluminium/brass version with a standard enclosure for protection ratings up to IP67.
Variable immersion lengths from 140 to 3,000 mm are available. The length is matched to the application and vessel.
Available ratings are IP00 without a cover, IP52 with a protective cover, IP65 and up to IP67 with a standard aluminium enclosure. Selection depends on the installation and ambient conditions.
Water, oils, photographic baths, cleaning baths and other liquids can be heated. Gas and air heating are also possible. The threaded nipple is selected in steel, brass or stainless steel to suit the medium.
Custom designs are normally delivered in two to three weeks. Standard dimensions are supplied subject to availability.
