(W × D × H) This continuous heater is used to heat an endless silicone cable Ø 9 mm. In combination, 15 continuous heaters form the preheating unit of a cable production system. Deflection rollers, below the radiator housing, double the dwell time of the cable in the preheating unit.

Directly behind the plastic extruder, the temperature of the plastic profile is re-tempered to prevent tension in the material due to rapid cooling. In the event of a fault, the upper half of the radiator can be raised, while the lower half is lowered.

Several continuous heaters can be coupled together for different temperature zones. Example: 15-unit system for silicone cable preheating up to 650°C.

Up to 950 °C operating temperature. The actual temperature depends on the application — from 250 °C for steel strip heating to 650 °C for cable preheating.

The upper half of the spotlight can be opened using a counterweight, folded using a quick-release fastener or opened pneumatically with lifting cylinders - depending on the application and accessibility.

Continuous emitters are manufactured individually according to requirements. The delivery time will be determined after the technical details have been clarified.
