The DTG provides heater current and temperature monitoring with automatic tuning. The MCT additionally includes a start-up circuit with output limiting and output takeover in the event of sensor failure.

The DTG supports type L, J and K thermocouples as well as Pt100 resistance sensors. Sensor failure and incorrect polarity are detected and displayed automatically.
