DG/DGS standard nozzle band heaters have proved reliable as original equipment on all common injection moulding machines. They offer economical procurement, short delivery times and availability in all common machine-nozzle dimensions.
DG/DGS heaters are available for all common injection moulding machines:

DG and DGS data sheets and technical documentation
DG is the standard nozzle band heater from Ihne & Tesch for conventional injection moulding applications up to 280 °C. DGS is the high-temperature version for more demanding plastics-processing applications up to 350 °C. Both types are available as original equipment for all common injection moulding machines and differ primarily in their insulation and maximum operating temperature.
DG/DGS nozzle band heaters from Ihne & Tesch are available as original equipment for all common injection moulding machines, including Arburg, Engel, Krauss-Maffei, Sumitomo Demag, Wittmann Battenfeld, Ferromatik, Husky, Netstal, Toshiba, Fanuc and Nissei. Custom manufacture also allows adaptation to special-purpose machines.
The DG/DGS range from Ihne & Tesch includes different dimensions and connections, alternative voltages and outputs, holes, separate washer sensors or temperature-sensor holders, and UL-recognised versions for North American markets.
The DG/DGS nozzle band heater from Ihne & Tesch has a wall thickness of approximately 3.5 mm. This compact design permits installation where space around the nozzle is limited and suits all common injection-moulding nozzle geometries.
DG from Ihne & Tesch suits standard plastics-processing applications up to 280 °C. DGS is recommended where operating temperatures up to 350 °C are required, for example when processing engineering plastics or in hot-runner applications with higher temperature requirements.
Standard sizes are available from stock at Ihne & Tesch. The typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks. We provide a firm delivery date for custom dimensions and individual versions on request.
